We have teamed with Vision Source to provide you, the patients, with the highest level of eye care. Vision Source is a network of independent doctors of optometry with over 2,500 doctors, and 1,100 practices throughout the United States. With the collective power of over 2,500 doctors we are able to control material costs to bring you the customers savings on name brand frames, contact lenses, and spectacle lenses. On-line Pre-Registration

We have improved the pre-registration process through the use of an on-line registration form. Patients no longer need to arrive early to fill out paperwork as it can be filled out from home or at work days before their appointment. If you have submitted the form on-line please let the receptionist know when you arrive so you do not fill the form out again.
